Credit Card Debt Litigation Advice:
How does it work?
When we begin to
consider credit card debt litigation advice we
think of ways and means of preserving our circumstances. Total United
Kingdom personal debt commitment as at year end 2008 was £1,457bn.
This has continued to slow down to 3.6% in the last 12 month period
which equates to an increase of around fifty billion pounds sterling.
Lending in the month of december 2008 increased by £2.2bn; homeowner
loans escalated by £1.9 billion in the same month; consumer credit
lending expanded by £0.3 billion. The average household debt in
the UK comes in at around £60,000 (including secured borrowing).
The average owed by every adult in the UK is around £30,400 (including
secured lending). Average outstanding mortgage for some 11.7 million
households who have oustanding mortgages at present stands at around
£104,000.
Here's more somewhat
harsh statistics: £252 million is paid in interest in the UK every
day. 124 homes become taken back by the banks every day. nearly 1,500
people are put out of work on a daily basis, and meanwhile someone is
declared insolvent every 5 minutes.
But it certainly
hasn't only just been people like you and me who have clearly borne
the brunt of this recession. Corporate insolvency have risen to a nearly
unprecedented level over the last few quarters and the accelerating
trend has been particularly prevalent in the years culminating in the
downturn of 2008. In the fourth quarter of 2008 three thousand companies
went into liquidation , a 62% rise on Q4 in 2007. United Kingdom companies
have seldom faced more challenging times. When considered in the context
of credit card debt litigation advice this
really creates a worrying test for a great many people.
