Legal Advice Credit Card Debt Solicitors:
How does it work?
When we start to
think about the legal advice of credit card debt solicitors we
think of ways and means of advancing our standard of living. Total United
Kingdom individual debt at December 2008 was a staggering £1,457bn.
This figure has dropped to 3.6 per cent in the last year which equates
to an increase of around fifty billion pounds. Lending in the month
of december last year grew by £2.2 billion; secured lending grew
by £1.9 billion that same month; personal consumer lending grew
by £0.3 billion in that month as well. Average household debt
in the UK comes in at about £60,000 (including mortgages). The
average owed by every adult in Britain is around £30,400 (that
includes secured loans). The mean average oustanding secured loan for
the 11.7 million families who have oustanding mortgages at the time
of writing is in the region of £104,223.
Here are more somewhat
solemn statistics: £252m is paid just in interest in Britain every
day. 124 properties become repossessed daily. 1,490 workers are thrown
out of work daily, and also someone is declared bankrupt or insolvent
every five minutes.
But it clearly hasn't
just been ordinary people like you and me who have had to bear this.
Company insolvent cases have dramatically shot up in recent years and
this increase has been prevalent in the recent years culminating
in the current downturn. In the fourth quarter of 2008 3000 incorporated
businesses went into cvl and this was a 62 percent increase on Q4 in
2007. U.k. companies have rarely faced a more challenging economic environment.
When looked at in terms of legal advice from credit card debt solicitors
this poses a real
test for a great many people.
