Credit Card Debt Payment Service:
How does it work?
When we start to think about credit card debt payment service we think of ways and means of improving our life style and standard of living. British individual debt commitment as December 2008 stood at a staggering 1,457bn. This figure has dropped to 3.6% over the last 12 months which equates to an increase of around fifty billion pounds. Total lending in the last month of 2008 expanded by 2.2bn; home loans grew by 1.9 billion that month; consumer credit borrowing grew by 0.3 billion during that month as well. The average U.K. household debt comes in at around 60,000 (including secured lending). The average amount of money owed by every adult in Britain is around 30,400 (including secured borrowing). The average outstanding mortgage for some 12m households who currently have mortgages at the present time stands in the region of 104,223.
Other rather hard statistics: 252m is payable just in interest in the U.K. daily. 124 properties become repossessed every day. 1,490 workers lose their jobs every day, and meanwhile someone is declared insolvent or bankrupt every five minutes.
But it clearly hasn't only just been everyday people who have had to bear the brunt of this recession. Company insolvency have increased by leaps and bounds over the last few quarters and the increase has been especially sustained in the recent years coming up to the recession. For Q4 2008 3000 companies went into CVL (company voluntary liquidation) and this was a 62% increase on Q4 in 2007. Companies in Britain have rarely faced a struggle as great as this. When looked at in terms of credit card debt payment service this creates a worrying test for all of us.
