Credit Card Debt Repayment Solicitor:
How does it work?
When we start to think about credit card debt repayment solicitor we think of ways and means of enhancing our life style and standard of living. Total United Kingdom individual debt accountability at the end of year end 2008 stood at 1,457bn. That has continued to slow down to 3.6 per cent in the last 12 months which is an increase of about 50,000,000,000. Borrowing in December last year grew by 2.2bn; lending secured on property grew by 1.9 billion in the month; unsecured consumer lending increased by 0.3 billion. Average household debt in Britain is around 60,000 (that includes mortgages). The average owed by every British adult is around 30,400 (including secured lending). The mean average outstanding mortgage for the 12m households who currently have mortgages at the present time stands at around 104,000.
Some more rather harsh figures: 252m is payable just in interest in the U.K. daily. 124 homes are repossessed by the banks daily. 1,490 workers are made unemployed on a daily basis, meanwhile someone is declared bankrupt or insolvent every 5 minutes.
But it certainly hasn't only just been everyday people like you and me who have borne the brunt of this recession. Corporate failure have increased dramatically over the last few quarters and the accelerating trend has been sustained in the years culminating in the current downturn. In the final quarter of 2008 three thousand companies went into CVL (company voluntary liquidation) and this was a 62% rise on Q4 in 2007. British companies have seldom faced a more challenging economic environment. When looked at in terms of credit card debt repayment solicitor this situation really poses a trial for all of us.
