Unenforceable Credit
Card Agreements: How Can We Help?
Unenforceable credit
agreements, including credit cards, car finance and hire purchase agreements
as well as store card contracts and certain other types of credit contracts,
are deemed to be so if the original draft does not contain the proper
details known as the 'prescribed terms'. Unenforceable credit card agreements
may not be collected if this is the case, using perfectly legal case
precedent. This has been done many thousands of times in the U.K. in
recent years.
